The OAC provides with a multi-purpose hall with a capacity for 730 persons and 7 translator booths. It can be divided into 3 independent rooms (2x250 and 1x170 persons). In addition, the Academy has 7 meeting rooms (1x120, 1x60, 2x30, 1x20 and 2x10 seats), offices for consultations, secretariats, areas for displays, posters, exhibits and also charming places for outdoor events. The OAC is fully equipped with the apparatus and systems modern technology offers to cover all conference needs. Among these are: three independent systems of simultaneous translation, video projector, slides and overhead projectors, audio and visual recording of conferences, mobile loudspeaker systems, photocopying and copyprinting systems, satellite TV, wide screent multisystem TVs and VCRs, etc. Speakers are encouraged to bring their lectures in a CD or usb-stick in order to ensure compatibility. A desktop and laptop PC will be available for the presentation. Those of you that wish to use a MAC, please bring your own adaptors.
